Sababa -is not just a word but a way of life... it is almost like HAKUNA MATATA... it really is just like "no worries" "it's all good" good vibes"
The idea for Sababa Land all started when I first saw the documentary " The Garbage Warrior." Architect Mike Reynolds went against the standard code of building to design a home using recycled materials, that works with the environment, and allows people to live self sustainably. After watching my dream was set. It may seem strange for a bunch of Gremlinz who started out causing chaos and partying to want to live off the grid growing our own food, but we are the " Green" bandits and times are changin. Growing up in Vermont has a big influence in appreciating home grown Food and being environmental friendly, and the high cost of living in Tahoe triggered the need to find a cheaper way to house all the Gremlinz. GBP has been evolving for almost a decade now and the following has grown more than we could imagine. Now with all the support and energy behind everything i feel confident we can make Sababa Land a reality, and its excitingto be able to share this way of life with so many people. Ultimatley Sababa Land will be a zone somewhere in the woods where we can build earthships, treeforts, skate tracks, and just do everything fun in the woods, living free and happy with all friends and family.
